Morgellons!!!!

This is some kind of egg sac surrounded by nanotech fibers/wires. This was taken from the lesions of a Morgellons Patient. We are now finding out Morgellons is actually just Synthetic biology and nanotech!!

How people are still denying this blows my mind.
