Micellar Sphere Delivery Systems

As many of my followers know I have been OBSESSED with the "air bubbles" which I have very loudly debated that they were NOT air bubbles. I held firm in my opinion that these were delivery systems of some sort and did post a video of a bubble "leaking" its contents in the blood.

I now believe these lipid delivery systems are micellar spheres.

I have pulled a few pics from the internet and many look very similar to my images. Does this video look like the pic I pulled from the Net??

This photo is not mine it is from ResearchGate but looks so similar.

The video below is a close up of one of the bubbles leaking into the Blood.

What are micelles in drug delivery system?

Micelles are used as drug carriers in various pharmaceutical industries as they can carry lipophilic drugs within its core while the micellar surface binds polar molecules. Polymeric micelles are used in therapeutics as they provide an improved solubility and hence better intestinal permeability of micelles. Interesting.... I always said they looked like a lipid bilayer!!!
